FASTERRAMA undertakes that all Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data provided voluntarily by job applicants, prospective clients, clients, suppliers, and in general any interested person (hereinafter referred to as “THE HOLDER”) or obtained by FASTERRAMA from them through any electronic means, paper format, electronic format from the website of FASTERRAMA, telephone, or any other means aimed at obtaining Personal Data, will be treated under the strictest security measures to guarantee their confidentiality and proper use for the purposes described in this “Privacy Notice”. Likewise, FASTERRAMA undertakes to use such data only for the period required.
In the collection and processing of personal data that you provide to us, we comply with all the principles established by the “Law” in Article 6 regarding legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, we may collect the following personal data:
For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, we collect your personal data directly when you provide it to us while requesting our services, registering as a candidate or applicant for job vacancies, or as a new client when entering into contracts, and when you provide information for us to issue the corresponding invoice. The data obtained through these means may include, but is not limited to: name, address, taxpayer identification number (RFC), copy of voter ID card, telephone number, and email address.
For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, we collect your personal data directly when you provide it to us by registering as a supplier, offering your products or services, entering into contracts, and providing banking information for us to make corresponding payments. The data obtained through these means may include: name, address, taxpayer identification number (RFC), copy of voter ID card, telephone number, email address, and banking information.
Sensitive Personal Data
We inform you that in our company, only if necessary, we may collect data related to your current or future health status, family medical history, blood type, religion, union affiliation, political affiliation, family data, and personal references. Additionally, Financial and/or Asset Personal Data may be collected, related to your economic situation, current or previous monthly income, AFORE, INFONAVIT credit, approximate value of home or properties, rent payments, automobiles, debts, monthly expenses, and results of psychometric and/or socioeconomic studies of the HOLDER.
FASTERRAMA guarantees that the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data collected or obtained from JOB APPLICANTS, CLIENT PROSPECTS, CLIENTS, AND/OR SUPPLIERS will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice. This information will not be accessible to nor accessible by individuals unrelated to the mentioned processes. It will be protected with physical, administrative, and technical security measures sufficient for its protection and confidentiality. Furthermore, this data will only be processed for the period of time required to fulfill the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice. Once these purposes are fulfilled, the data will be canceled, blocked, and deleted in the times and manners indicated by the respective laws and other legal regulations.
Use of Data
To register you as a job applicant, client prospect, client, and/or supplier, identify you in any type of legal or business relationship, provide, process, complete, and follow up on the services required by you, as well as to fulfill the obligations contracted, prepare the corresponding invoices that cover the services provided, for tax declaration purposes, to carry out the billing for the services, and to assist you in making direct contact.
To register you as a supplier, identify you in any type of legal or business relationship, to carry out all necessary internal matters related to the current business relationship, including payment issues and to prepare orders, service requests, quotes, and any pre-contractual activity. Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
The HOLDER will have a period of five (5) business days after the presentation of this Privacy Notice to oppose the mentioned secondary purposes, if desired. Failure to do so will be understood as agreement with them.
FASTERRAMA undertakes that all Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data provided by the HOLDER or obtained from him/her by FASTERRAMA will be treated under the strictest security measures to guarantee their confidentiality and proper use for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
Images and Sounds Collected by Surveillance Cameras
FASTERRAMA has a closed-circuit surveillance system on its premises, which may capture images and sounds through surveillance cameras. These will be used for your security and that of the people who visit us for the following purposes:
- To monitor your physical integrity
- To identify you
- To establish the contact person or department you are heading to
- To monitor your stay in the company for security reasons
The images and sounds recorded through the closed-circuit surveillance system on our premises for security purposes will be used for the purposes specified in the Privacy Notice.
Treatment of Information
FASTERRAMA guarantees that the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data obtained from the HOLDER will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, and that such information will not be accessible or accessible to persons outside the mentioned processes, which will be protected with the same physical, administrative, and technical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require to be complied with by the service providers we hire, even in the case of services provided to the controlling companies, related parties, subsidiaries, or affiliates of FASTERRAMA.
Similarly, and because it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, FASTERRAMA may transfer your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data to federal or local authorities and/or subsidiary companies providing services to FASTERRAMA when the selection, evaluation, assessment processes, and the probable hiring of the candidate for job vacancies, prospect of client, client, and/or supplier, require analysis, opinion, or background of such entities, and in which case, the information that is transferred will be treated in accordance with what is stipulated in this Privacy Notice.
FASTERRAMA undertakes not to transfer your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data to any third party other than those referred to and/or unrelated to such processes without the consent of the HOLDER, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of 'the Law' which reads as follows:
'Article 37.- National or international data transfers may be carried out without the consent of the HOLDER when one of the following situations occurs: I. When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party; II. When the transfer is necessary for the prevention or medical diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment, or the management of health services; III. When the transfer is made to controlling companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of the responsible party, or to a parent company or any company of the same group of the responsible party that operates under the same internal processes and policies; IV. When the transfer is necessary pursuant to a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the HOLDER, by the responsible party and a third party; V. When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice; VI. When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding, and VII. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the HOLDER.'
Any transfer of personal data that FASTERRAMA makes will be solely for the purposes permitted by laws, and the recipients of personal data are obliged to observe this Notice.
We will understand that the HOLDER has given his consent for the treatment and transfer of his personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice if he does not express his opposition through the means made available to him and made known later in this Privacy Notice.
Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data
The HOLDER has the right to access their personal data in our possession and to know the details of their processing, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, cancel them when they consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, are being used for purposes not consented to, or when the contractual or service relationship has ended, or to object to their processing for specific purposes.
If the HOLDER wishes to limit the use or disclosure of their Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data, they may exercise free of charge and at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO Rights) stipulated in the Law.
